ARE YOU WALKING AFTER THE SPIRIT?

If you have been born again, you are IN THE SPIRIT. It is not by your works that you are in the Spirit but by the baptism of the Spirit of Christ who lives in you.
     If you believe but have not yet repented and given your life over to the control of the Spirit of Christ then you are still in the flesh and you CANNOT PLEASE GOD and YOU DO NOT BELONG TO CHRIST. No matter how many times you sit in church. No matter how much or many times you tithe. No matter how many missions you sponsor, no matter the clothes you wear or how you fix your hair, etc.
     

Romans 8:1 There is therefore now NO CONDEMNATION to them which are IN CHRIST JESUS, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 

      It is because they have repented from their dead works and asked Jesus to take control of their life. There can be NO CONDEMNATION if you have already repented and let Jesus take control of your life because He said all who come to Him will be saved and shall not perish. Jesus said you must be born again to enter the kingdom of Heaven.
      The carnal mind, however, is enmity (bitter hatred) against God and is not subject to the law of God. Regardless of what they may say, these people are controlled by their carnal mind and follow after the things of the flesh and do not subject their lives to the law of God because they have not repented. These people are not saved. Believing is not enough. Jesus told Nicodemus that you must be BORN AGAIN of the Spirit to enter into Heaven. You must become a new creature in Christ.

 Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

     What is the image of God's Son? It is a child of God. Jesus is the firstborn of many brethren. He is a child of God and we become a child through adoption when we accept Jesus as our savior. God predestined us (all who call on Him in the name of Jesus) to become a child through adoption through the gift of salvation that He Himself earned in the flesh and bone body of Jesus Christ. 

      If you believe in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, have you bowed your knee, repented of serving your carnal mind and asked Him to take control? If you have not you can do so today. Don't wait for today is the day of salvation. Romans 10:13

Romans 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then THEY THAT ARE IN THE FLESH CANNOT PLEASE GOD. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but IN THE SPIRIT, IF SO BE THAT THE SPIRIT OF GOD DWELL IN YOU. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, HE IS NONE OF HIS.
